The Physicians CBD Council (“PCC”) Seal does not speak on behalf of businesses; it speaks on behalf of products that have completed our requirements and meet the strict criteria set forth by PCC. PCC makes no claims, promises, or guarantees about the usage of any products and/or services related in any way to any business that bears the PCC seal, and expressly disclaims any liability related to the purchase and/or usage of any such products and/or services. The information provided by PCC is in reference to products and/or services that are on an “as is” or “as available” basis, and no warranty of any kind, implied, expressed, or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of title, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, is given by PCC with respect to the purchase and/or usage of any products and/or services related in any way to any bearer of the PCC seal. No advice or information given by PCC or any of its officers, directors, agents, employees, insurers, successors, or assigns shall create any warranty. In no event shall PCC be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the purchase and/or usage of any such products and/or services.
The physicians CBD council seal defines that a product submitted by a company has been tested and evaluated, and at the time of testing, the product passed the clean and conformity protocol according to the PCC standards. The seal is a mark of quality testing process and does not mean or imply that products can be used without harm or side effect to consumers. It attests to the effect of quality and that the product contained no harmful chemicals, and toxic ingredients, the label was an accurate reflection of what the outcome of the test and that the manufacturing process was deemed compliant to good practice.
Some consumers may have allergic reactions to products, or side effects, including interaction with other medications, and should always first consult with their primary physicians or a physician MD prior to consuming CBD or other cannabinoid derived plant-based products. Products evaluated by the PCC are not FDA approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA. Products or the Trusted Quality seal cannot be interpreted as guarantee of quality and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent diseases. The Trusted Quality seal is meant for the consumer to understand that an unbiased council has evaluated a product, and that specific product was compliant with the PCC standards of quality.
Materials on this website, including but not limited to the PCC seal, are displayed by PCC as a service to consumers. These materials are trademarked and/or copyrighted and may be used only for informational purposes. They may not be utilized, copied, reproduced, altered, posted, published, transmitted, uploaded, or distributed in any way without the prior express written permission of PCC Furthermore, all PCC recipients who have opted not to enter into a partnership agreement with the PCC Seal in order to help fulfill its mission to empower women are: (1) prohibited from utilizing the trademarked PCC seal in all contexts, and (2) prohibited from utilizing the trademarked PCC Seal phrase in all consumer-facing marketing communications and materials with the sole exceptions of: (a) press releases (provided that the press release does not contain any quotation(s) from any PCC representative and does not make it appear in any way that the organization has partnered with the PCC), and (b) the awards/designations page of the PCC recipient’s webpage (provided that this page does not also appear on the homepage of the PCC recipient or any affiliate thereof).
Courses: All sales are final and cannot be reimbursed.
For the application fee related to the Trusted Quality Seal or the Product Performance Evaluation: No application will be reimbursed after 48 hours of submitting your application, and this term only applies if the work has not yet started. Any cancelation within the 48 hour grace period will have a $50 processing fee that will be retained. However, if within the 48 hour period of the application, the review or evaluation work has started, cancelation from the client will result in the full payment for the applied service. Once the review or evaluation begins, the fees cannot and will not be reimbursed. If the certification review result is "fail" or requires corrections to meet the standards of the certification, no reimbursement of application fees, lab testing or any of the work started will be reimbursed.
In the event that a client wants to stop, or cancel an application request before any of the work has begun, and within the 48 hour grace period, the client must submit an explanation of refund request within the 48 hours period after the application was submitted. Submit your request and explanation to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is at the sole discretion of the Physicians CBD Council LLC to accept or reject the validity of the explanations submitted and to decide on whether or not to process a refund of an application. Refunds, less the $50 processing fee, are paid by check only and will take 4 to 6 weeks to be processed.
The Trusted Quality Seal is delivered in a digital format for website and for printing on label.
For samples to be shipped to our third party partner lab for testing, shipping is paid by the client and must be done using Fedex or USPS and will require a tracking number to be sent to email@example.com
The physicians CBD Council does not pay customer shipping and cannot be help responsible for any loss or damaged resulting from the shipping method and carrier used. If products are sensitive to heat and light, it is recommended to ship sample product in an insulated packaging.
